LEGAL WARRANTY

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”) all products on sale on this site are covered by the 24-month Legal Warranty.
According to the 24-month Legal Warranty, GoBig (owner of the https://www.gobig.shop) is liable to the consumer (the natural person acting for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity that may be carried out) for lack of conformity not found at the time of purchase.
A lack of conformity exists when the product is not suitable for the use to which it is normally to serve, does not conform to the description or does not possess the qualities promised by the seller, does not offer the usual quality and performance of a good of the same type, is not suitable for the particular use desired by the consumer if brought to the knowledge of the seller at the time of purchase and accepted by the seller (as indicated by art.129 of the Consumer Code).
Unless proven otherwise, defects in conformity occurring within 1 year of delivery of the goods shall be presumed to have existed by that date. In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore, at no cost, the conformity, the consumer has the right to restore, at no cost the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement (art. 135 bis of the Consumer Code). The consumer may, at his choice, ask the seller to repair the goods or replace them, free of charge in both cases, unless the remedy requested is objectively impossible or excessively expensive in comparison to the other. Repairs or replacements must be carried out within a reasonable time after the Consumer’s request.
GoBig will send the product for repairs to the Manufacturer.

TIME AND METHOD OF EXERCISING THE LEGAL WARRANTY.

The Customer must:
  • send a written communicating to GoBig customer service indicating the defect of the product;
  • wait for the Return Authorization Number (RMA) identifying the file that will be communicated by the GoBig customer service;
  • Prepare the product for shipment by carefully packaging it and enclosing every accessory, the instruction manual and everything originally contained in the product packaging;
  • Indicate on the packaging the Return Authorisation Number (RMA) assigned by the GoBig customer service
GoBig will contact the Customer to arrange the collection of the product (the Customer’s telephone unavailability will delay the collection of the product).
GoBig will send the product for repairs to the Manufacturer or replace it in case it is not repairable.
