GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The website https://www.gobig.shop (hereinafter referred to as Site) is owned by GoBig with registered office in Via Vittime di Piazza Fontana 52, 10024 Moncalieri TO (P.IVA 03942030986, registration Registro Imprese di Torino Cap soc. 50.000 i.v. REA nr.TO-1241675) and is aimed at the scale of products and services online.
The purchase and sale of products and services by electronic means is regulated by Legislative Decree. 6 September 2005 n.206 (Consumer Code) on distance sales with consumers, and by Legislative Decree no. April 2003 N.70 on electronic commerce. The purchase contract concluded between the Consumer and GoBig will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Italian Law.
By placing an order according to the various methods provided on the Site, the Customer declares that he has read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and fully accepts the general conditions of sale and payment set out below.
These general conditions of sale, together with the conditions regarding the delivery and payment of the goods, are an integral part of the contract of sale concluded between the Customer and GoBig.
Therefore, we invite you to read these general conditions of sale carefully, to print them or otherwise to keep a copy.
The Customer can purchase the products visible at https://www.gobig.shop , illustrated on the homepage of the Site within the respective sections by product category, as described in the relevant information sheets. The products published on the site can be:
- "available" physically in stock and therefore, as such, can be ordered by the Customer;
- "not available" in stock, marked "not available". In this case the product cannot be ordered by the Customer and, if he wishes, he can leave his e-mail address to be notified if the product itself will be available again.
In order to make purchases it is necessary that the Customer is registered at the site. When the purchase is made, the Customer has the possibility to choose the Delivery and Payment method of the product he prefers.
The acceptance of the order by GoBig is confirmed by sending an e-mail confirmation to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer at the time of registration on the Site.
GoBig reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to accept the order; in the event that we do so, we will communicate the cancellation of the order.
The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the data in the order confirmation email and to promptly report any errors or omissions to GoBig.
The order confirmation email contains the following data:
- Number and date of order
- Product/s, quantity, price
- Type of payment chosen
- Cost of Transport
- Total order amount
The sales prices of the products published on the Site include VAT and WEEE Eco-contributions.
In the event that incorrect prices are identified due to technical anomalies, GoBig reserves the right to cancel the order and return any amount paid.
For the resolution of any civil disputes arising from the interpretation, execution and termination of this distance selling contract, if the Customer is a consumer (ie a natural person who buys the products not for purposes related to his professional activity) the mandatory territorial jurisdiction is the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer himself, if located in Italy (Art. 63 D. Lgs. 205/2006).
These terms and conditions of sale will remain valid and effective until they are modified and/or supplemented by GoBig
Any changes and/or additions will be effective from the date of publication of the same on the GoBig website
