PUMPTRACK BASICS

A two days full immersion at Monza Pizza bikepark to learn how to ride in pumptrack in safely.

According to the experience of the rider, there will be two different levels of training plans:

BASIC:

  • correct position on the bike
  • how to pump
  • how to turn
  • how to jump

ADVANCED:

  • how to move the bike in air
  • how to do medium size jumos (table line)
  • how to jump in a foam pit
  • how to improve your lap times in pumptrack
  • basic tricks
